Which systems can I connect?
Enphase monitoring is available through our limited pilot after the system owner authorizes access and your team assigns the system. SolarEdge is planned; live SolarEdge monitoring is not available yet.
Will my readings be live?
The current pilot uses saved daily snapshots with a visible update time. It does not continuously stream live readings. Available information depends on your equipment and provider permissions.
Can other customers see my information?
Customer accounts can only access their assigned systems and their own service requests. Authorized Renewable Energy Corporation administrators manage customer access and support.
Can I preview the experience?
Once your account is approved, the Demo Data button lets you explore fictional solar systems without changing your real readings or contacting a provider.
